To find our apartments

About 150 yards after the roundabout and just past the second pedestrian crossing take a sharp right turn towards La Cry and Le Vernay. Note your car mileage at these crossroads...

Continue uphill passing the school, church and "Coin Savoyarde" restaurant on your right and keep heading uphill towards La Cry. At 0.5 miles (0.8 kms) be sure to keep right towards La Cry – do not turn left into the Ormaret-Megève road. At 1.0 miles (1.6 kms) pass the “Manoir des Brons”, and at 1.2 miles (1.9 kms) turn right into “Les Brons” – just past the top pylon of a ski drag. This road bends right and goes down through a wide car park – just after the bottom of a ski lift turn left (see site map), up over the brow and then very sharp right into Route du Vernay. This way is 1.5 miles.

Note: if you are staying at Chalet Nicole, bear left into Route du Vernay instead of taking the hairpin right; carry on 250 meters along a straight level road, turn the sharp right bend and about 40 meters on the left you'll find the (only) chalet with a short steep drive up to garage doors.

{ There is another way to the apartments, which is very scenic in summer. At 0.3 miles (0,5 kms) from the tourist office, turn right into Route du Bouchet and pass the "Aux Ducs de Savoie" hotel. At 1.2 miles (1.9 kms) turn sharp left uphill towards Le Vernay. Following this road, it is a total of 3 miles to the apartments. }

When you arrive you will see a welcome sign on the left, phone boxes ahead, and a parking area on the right. There are various free parking spaces around the apartments - but beware in winter you may need snow chains to get back up the short slope from "la Biche".

Your keys are available in the foyer of "la Biche" and may be collected or returned at any time of day or night. In front of the entrance door is a set of mailboxes. One of the boxes on the left has a digital lock - the combination is changed periodically and will be notified in our last letter to you - two bunches of keys will have been left in the box for your use.
