This is a very nice chalet in the most desirable part of Combloux. Le Barratti is the quiet residential area just off to the left, past the Coin Savoyarde heading uphill from the tourist office. The chalet is about 500 yds walk from the village centre.

On the ground level, there is a lounge/dining room with fireplace and television, opening onto the garden, which faces Mont Blanc.

There is a separate well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher and micro-wave.

There is a washing machine in the integral garage.

The principal bedroom with king size bed and adjoining bathroom and a separate WC are also on this level.

Upstairs, there is a large mezzanine with relaxation area. There is a divan bed with a pull-out single bed. There are two further bedrooms upstairs with a balcony facing Mont Blanc. One has a double bed, and the other has two pairs of bunk beds. There is a shower room and separate WC.
